Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, pre-screening, interviews, job offers and onboarding.
- Identify and attract talent, especially hard-to-find or passive candidates, through niche platforms, online channels, social media and professional networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure a strong recruitment pipeline.
HR Operations
- Prepare employment contracts, process confirmation and salary adjustments, handle work pass administration and manage staff benefits and leave administration.
- Update and maintain employee data in the HRMS and ensure accuracy of records.
- Maintain and organise staff personal files.
- Prepare tax clearance for departing employees.
- Oversee Time & Attendance administration.
- Generate HR and manpower reports for management.
