- Conduct onboarding for newly recruited salespersons, including introduction to the company's mission, vision, values, and organisational structure.
- Deliver onboarding training covering system, sales processes, and core product knowledge.
- Plan and conduct routine training sessions such as new product briefings, compliance refreshers, and code-of-conduct training.
- Support the marketing consultant in monitoring and evaluating the performance and productivity of the sales team.
- Monitor, investigate, and take action on any undesirable sales practices to uphold Code of Conduct and sales quality standards
- Work closely with Finance and HR to compile sales commissions
- Support the Special Projects Department in executing special initiatives and ad hoc assignments as required.

- Prior experience supporting sales teams or working with external agencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills for conducting onboarding and training sessions.
- Good understanding of sales processes, customer engagement workflows, and basic compliance concepts.
- Ability to analyse sales performance data and highlight trends or issues.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
