§ Lead a group of Software team and tester

§ Execute full software development lifecycle

§ Develop existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas formodification

§ Integrate software components into a fully functional software system

§ Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes

§ Proactively update customers and ensure they are satisfied with oursupport service

§ Able to support 24x7 within team rotation arrangement will be addedadvantage

§ Continually update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-houseand external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications

§ Work closely with team members and Solution Architect

§ Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems

§ Maintain systems by monitoring and correcting software defects

§ Improve system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, anddeveloping standard operating procedures

§ Enhance applications by identifying opportunities for improvement,making recommendations and designing and implementing systems

Qualities We Value

§ BachelorDegree in Computer Science or equivalent, preferably with PMPCertification

§ Abilityto develop software in programming languages such as Java, C++, API etc

§ Experiencewith Java EE, IBM WebSphere, scrum project

§ Possessinitiative, positive attitude and strong passion in project and operation support.

§ Goodcommunication skills and able to work independently.

§ Ableto start work immediately or within a short notice is an advantage.

§ Coordinatethe contractors, customers and all the resources.

§ Conflictresolution skills

§ Shall have at least experience 2 rounds of SDLC

§ Familiar with Government IT process and compliance will be addedadvantage.

§ More than 4 years of relevant experience.
