Human ResourcesMain Responsibilities:
Main Requirements:
- Manage the on-boarding / off-boarding process for those managers that you are supporting
- Provide HR advisory services and main point of contact for managers and employees for enquiries
- Manage employee relations including grievances and disciplinary issues
- Execute monthly Salary adjustment, computing of temp staff salary pay out and verifying of manual claims submission, etc.
- Process and cancel of work pass application through EPOnline and WPOnline system
- Prepare employment contracts, certification letters and other HR related letters
- Maintain accurate HR database and update employee records in the HRMS and P-files
- Assist with monthly HR reports
- Provide administrative support
- Other ad hoc HR functions as and when required
Main Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, CPA Act and IRAS
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other relevant certifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision, yet capable in completing tasks assigned within the team environment
- Good interpersonal and team skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge in Prosoft HRMS preferred
