Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, understanding hiring needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job scoping, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks, and offer management
- Market & Talent Insights: Monitor industry and talent market trends and provide data-driven insights to support hiring decisions
- Business Development Support: Contribute to client acquisition efforts, proposal preparation, and recruitment pitches to support business growth
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure recruitment delivery excellence
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle (360° / 180°) recruitment, preferably within a recruitment consultancy or agency; oil & gas / energy sector exposure is an advantage
- Skills: Strong recruitment management skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to manage multiple hiring projects
- Languages: Proficient in English and Chinese, enabling effective communication with regional and international stakeholders
- Personal Attributes: Results-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, consulting environment
