At SPEMOCEAN, we are looking for a HR Executive (Recruitment) to manage full-cycle recruitment projects and partner closely with clients to understand their workforce requirements. You will design effective hiring strategies, deliver high-quality candidates, and play a key role in supporting client growth while shaping the future of the energy workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, understanding hiring needs and delivering customized recruitment solutions
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job scoping, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks, and offer management
• Market & Talent Insights: Monitor industry and talent market trends and provide data-driven insights to support hiring decisions
• Business Development Support: Contribute to client acquisition efforts, proposal preparation, and recruitment pitches to support business growth
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure recruitment delivery excellence

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred)
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle (360° / 180°) recruitment, preferably within a recruitment consultancy or agency; oil & gas / energy sector exposure is an advantage
• Skills: Strong recruitment management skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to manage multiple hiring projects
• Languages: Proficient in English and Chinese, enabling effective communication with regional and international stakeholders
• Personal Attributes: Results-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, consulting environment
