About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized Intern / Part Time - HR Admin Officer (Students Welcome) to support daily company operations. This is an excellent opportunity for undergraduates, graduates, students and interns looking to gain real working experience in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full recruitment process, from posting of advertisements to securing job offers, on boarding and retention, termination, compensation and benefits, employment contract matters, work pass processes and employee relations / welfare.
• Schedule job interviews and assist in interview process.
• Maintain knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes, government grants.
• Maintain HR database.
• Regular review of HR policies to ensure relevance and staff engagement based on organizational objectives and employee needs.
• Ensure compliance and alignment of HR policies to whole of government policies where required.
• Foster a positive work environment that aligns with the company's values and purpose.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process e.g. job postings, interviews and new-hire orientation.
