Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with business users to understand the problem or opportunity
  • Plan and manage roll out of new functionality to production environment
  • Map business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions to satisfy business needs.
  • Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 & 2.0
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
  • Solution design in accordance with configuration workbook / Business Blueprint.Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirement and standard SuccessFactors solution.
  • Coordinating and conducting new employee orientation sessions, providing an overview of the company's mission, vision, and policies
  • Should have experience in integrating SAP Onboarding with and other modules

MUST HAVES:
  • Should have expert knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and certified
  • Should have prior work experience preferably from Engineering background or MBA.
  • Strong Learning ability- Agility and wiliness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environment.
  • Must have SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding Module.
  • Demonstrable understanding of country specific labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance during the onboarding process.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and streamline the onboarding process efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees and establish a positive onboarding experience.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Good to Have:
  • Knowledge of Onboarding 1.0
  • Integration knowledge will be an extra add on.
