Job Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.

Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, contract documentation, and personnel file management.

Manage attendance records, payroll-related documents, and coordinate with the finance department.

Assist in employee training, performance appraisal, and benefits programs.

Handle HR matters related to MOM, CPF, and company compliance.

Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles.

Proficient in using HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong communication skills.

Ability to handle HR documentation independently.

Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
