We are looking for a HR and Admin Executive to support daily HR operations and general office administration. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are organised, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced creative production environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle onboarding processes, prepare documents, and maintain employee records
• Coordinate staff training schedules, registrations, grants, and maintain training records
• Arrange safety training, safety briefings, and support safety documentation
• Use Infotech for payroll inputs, attendance updates, staff claims, and monthly HR data
• Handle staff claims verification, data entry, and documentation
• Support HR audits, compliance requirements, and safety-related paperwork
• Handle office administration such as supplies, filing, and vendor coordination
• Support company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Assist management with other HR and administrative tasks
Requirements
• Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and willing to learn Infotech HR system
• Basic understanding of HR or safety practices is an advantage
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to handle confidential information
