1,Job Responsibilities

1) Manage the company's compliance affairs in Singapore and liaison with government authorities. This includes handling matters with labor-related government agencies, processing employees' Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions and personal income tax filings, and serving as the primary contact for the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) to coordinate inspections, communications and follow-up improvement actions.

2) Optimize the training system for chain catering store operations and service standards. Oversee employee onboarding training, safety knowledge training and skill enhancement programs, track training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

3) Collaborate with the headquarters (China) departments such as Food Safety, Human Resources and Chain Operations to communicate and implement domestic and international standards/requirements, and promote cross-departmental work execution and problem-solving.

4) Support the headquarters (China) in implementing end-to-end HR processes in Singapore, including recruitment, training organization, compensation and benefits calculation, performance appraisal, processing of employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer and separation procedures, attendance management, as well as labor contract and personnel file management.

5) Complete other relevant tasks assigned by superiors.

2. Job Requirements

1) Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Human Resource Management, Administrative Management, Business Administration or related fields are preferred.

2) Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of local administrative and HR-related work experience in Singapore. Familiarity with Singapore's Employment Act, labor-related regulations and the local recruitment market is required. Experience in the chain store or retail industry is a plus.

3) Core Competencies: Ability to independently handle end-to-end administrative and HR processes. Possess strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, as well as efficient execution capability.

4) Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

5) Professionalism: Strong service mindset, good ability to work under pressure, and excellent team spirit.
