Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering and customer impact. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work with clients, understand their unique challenges, and build technical solutions that drive real business value. You'll be combining deep engineering skills with customer-facing problem-solving.

Our tech stack includes: Nuxt, Vue, Django, Python, Postgres, Docker, Vercel, Azure Cloud Infrastructure.

We value adaptability, customer empathy, and technical problem-solving over narrow specialization. You should be comfortable working across the full stack when needed, but more importantly, able to quickly understand client workflows, identify technical opportunities, and deliver solutions that make an immediate impact.

What You'll Be Working On

• Work with enterprise clients to understand their carbon accounting, ESG reporting, and data integration needs
• Design and implement custom integrations, data pipelines, and workflow automations for client environments leveraging AI tools
• Configure and extend our platform to meet unique client requirements, including custom reporting, data transformations, and API integrations
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time during client implementations and provide immediate solutions
• Build features, scripts, and tools that solve client-specific problems, often working in TypeScript, Python, and using LLMs
• Contribute to the core platform by implementing high-impact improvements
• Develop reusable solutions that can be scaled across multiple deployments
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements based on real-world client feedback and pain points

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2-5 years of software engineering experience with demonstrated ability to work independently
• Strong full-stack development skills (comfortable across frontend, backend, databases, and infrastructure)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter mentality with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in ambiguous situations
• You embody the startup spirit of 'do whatever it takes'
• You treat software engineering and code as both a science and art
• You care about your code quality and design but are aware of possible trade-off levers you can make given constraints
