Skills and Qualification

• At least Degree in Computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
• Good technical skills in engineering, computer, and IT systems, and preferably in communications technologies as well
• Good working knowledge of Life Cycle Management and Systems Engineering in Windows server platform not limited to Microsoft System Centre suite of products.

• At least 1-3 years' experience in Information Technology industry in the areas of Microsoft, Nutanix or Citrix system implementation, project management and O&S.
• Good communication and writing skills
• Shall have experience in performing project management, handle technical challenges and in liaising with the user and vendor to define business requirements and deliver technical solution.

Scope of work

• Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft, Nutanix and Citrix server systems.

• Assist in managing compliance-related tasks to ensure regulatory adherence.

• Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimise downtime.

• Support day-to-day service and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

• Manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, condemnation, and disposal processes.

• Coordinate with vendors and clients to facilitate deployments, system refreshes, and other technical initiatives
