Human ResourcesResponsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all positions across the organisation
• Develop job descriptions and hiring criteria with the Hiring Managers
• Source candidates through job portals, social media and networking channels
• Conduct screening interviews, assessments and candidate evaluations
• Provide insights on recruitment best practices, hiring trends and talent market conditions
• Support hiring events such as career talks and outreach engagements
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, follow-ups, feedback coordination and reference checks
• Track recruitment KPIs, metrics and reports for management review
• Oversee onboarding processes, documentation and new hire orientation
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by Management Team
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with proven track record
• Excellent communication skills, interviewing and relationship building skills
• People-oriented, confident and a self-driven individual who can work independently as well as in a team environment
