Jobs Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: CV screening, initial interviews, coordination with hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews, gather feedback, manage offers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

HR Operations & Administration

• Prepare employment contracts, handle staff movements, and support onboarding/offboarding.
• Respond to employee HR queries and guide stakeholders on policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with data protection requirements.

HR Projects & Process Improvement

• Support HR initiatives such as digitisation, records clean-up and system migration.
• Assist with other ad-hoc HR project tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum Degree in any field or its equivalent
