About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern frameworks (Java, Quarkus, Lit UI, REST APIs, PostgreSQL/Oracle, Kubernetes/OpenShift).
• Collaborate with architects, testers, and product owners to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Experiment with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf) to enhance productivity.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques for code generation, documentation, and testing.
• Contribute to CI/CD automation, performance optimization, and cloud-native deployments.
• Stay curious and continuously learn emerging technologies and AI-driven development practices.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and innovation forums.

Desired Skills & Attributes

Technical Skills

• Strong foundation in Java, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Lit, React) and backend frameworks (Quarkus, Spring Boot).
• Basic knowledge of databases and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

AI & Modern Tooling

• Exposure to AI coding assistants and understanding of LLM concepts.
