The IT Application Engineer will play a key role in supporting and optimizing the company's IT applications and systems. This position requires a versatile individual with a strong foundation in business analysis, project management, and technical application support. The IT Application Engineer will ensure the efficient functioning of enterprise applications, provide support for various platforms (including database management, UiPath RPA, SharePoint, MS Teams), manage vendor relationships, assist with audits, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to enhance the business processes, maintain system integrity, and ensure that business and IT requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Project Management:

• Analyse business processes and requirements to provide effective technology solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead and coordinate IT projects from planning through to execution and closure.

Application Support & Documentation

• Provide technical support and maintenance for critical applications, including database management, UiPath RPA, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for application support, IT systems, and related processes.
• Ensure all SOPs are up-to-date and aligned with best practices and compliance requirements.
• Provide training to internal teams on SOPs and application usage.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with database management, RPA (preferably UiPath), SharePoint, and MS Teams is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and enterprise applications.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies
• Experience with process documentation and SOP creation.
• Strong understanding of SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with automation tools (such as UiPath or similar RPA tools).
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, MS Teams, and other collaboration tools.
