Job Description

• Deliver technical assistance across Southeast Asia to sales teams, partners, and clients, managing field engineering tasks with minimal supervision.
• Address technical challenges before and after sales, provide temporary fixes when needed, and escalate complex issues if needed.
• Ensure optimal performance of company products through installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Train partners and clients on proper use of products, systems, and testing equipment.
• Keep project records up to date and contribute to technical documentation, reports, and training materials.
• Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and regional showcase events.
• Undertake additional duties assigned.

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Possess 3-5 years of experience in AV installation, repair, or technical support.
• Strong project coordination skills and good understanding of customer needs and workflows.
• Hands-on knowledge of projector systems, basic networking (IP config, VLANs, gateways), and anti-static control.
• Detail-oriented, organised, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office; able to prepare technical reports.
• CTS certification and JD Edwards/Oracle experience are added advantages.
• Willing to travel regionally and internationally when required.
