Job Summary:

The Application Engineer - Structure Mechanics will be responsible for pre/post sales technical support for CADFEM's simulation solutions, with a focus on structural mechanics, finite element analysis (FEA), and multiphysics applications. This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, problem solving skills, and customer engagement to ensure successful adoption of simulation technologies across various industries.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide pre/post sales technical support for ANSYS structural simulation tool, including Mechacnical and LS-DYNA
• Develop and deliver technical demos, benchmarks, and proof-of-concepts to address customer requirements
• Support customers in simulation setup, model validation, and design optimization using FEA methodologies
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify customer challenges and propose effective simulation solutions
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance customer capability and product adoption
• Resolve sustomer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction and technical quality
• share knowledges and best practices within CADFEM'S global technical community and contribute to technical content such as case studies and white papers
• Continuously enhance domain expertise in areas like linear/nonlinear analysis, fatigue, optimization, composites, and thermal structural coupling

Job requirements:

• Strong knowledge of structural mechanics, material modeling, contact analysis, and thermal structural coupling
• Hands-on experience with Ansys Mechanical workbench or LS-DYNA is highly preferred
• Experience in vibration analysis, fatigue, fracture mechanics or nonlinear simulations
• Exposure to automation and scripting (Python, APDL, etc)
• Prior experience supporting industrial customers in domains like automotive, aerospace, energy or electronics
• Familiar with CAD tools and geometry preparation for simulation
• Good understanding of CAE methodologies, simulation workflows, and design optimization principles
