About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong functional expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0. This is an onsite consulting role for a 6-month project in Singapore. The consultant will be responsible for configuration, enhancements, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth stakeholder adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
\t• \tLead configuration, testing, and deployment activities for SuccessFactors RCM and Onboarding 2.0.
\t• \tGather business requirements and translate them into functional configurations and workflows.
\t• \tPerform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and provide sustainable resolution.
\t• \tConfigure templates, data models, business rules, workflows, permissions, notifications, and forms.
\t• \tSupport data migration and integration with Employee Central and downstream systems.
\t• \tConduct UAT, end-user training, documentation, and handover to operations.
\t• \tWork closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure solution quality and timely delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
\t• \tMandatory: SAP SuccessFactors Certification in RCM or Onboarding 2.0 (at least one certification is required).
\t• \t5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SuccessFactors RCM and/or Onboarding 2.0.
\t• \tStrong understanding of recruitment and onboarding business processes and workflows.
\t• \tProficiency in permissions configuration, data models, business rules, and template design.
\t• \tAbility to interact with business stakeholders confidently and lead solution discussions.
\t• \tStrong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
\t• \tExperience with Employee Central, EC integrations, or global HR transformation programs.
\t• \tProject delivery experience in Singapore or Asia region.
Work Arrangement
\t• \tOnsite role in Singapore throughout the project duration.
\t• \tStandard business hours with flexibility for workshops or rollout activities as required.
