Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the SAP system is available 24/7.
• Manage user and client administration, authorization management, system performance, audits, transport management system, background jobs, patch installations, system backups and recovery, kernel upgrades, and OS/database maintenance company-wide.
• Oversee and conduct SAP business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
• Ensure optimal server performance and carry out preventive maintenance for smooth daily operations.
• Handle SAP daily support tickets within defined service levels.
• Act as the custodian for SAP system architecture, hardware, and integration landscape.
• Manage relationships and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Deliver all IT projects on time.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Essential knowledge in Basis Administration.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant SAP Basis experience.
• Basic understanding of SAP HANA and NetWeaver technology.
• Interest in software development processes.
• Previous experience with S4/HANA is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficient in troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Capable of working independently and leading projects.
• Experience with Linux and SAP S4/HANA environments.
