Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-spectrum HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations & HR documentation
• Drive talent acquisition strategies and build strong talent pipelines
• Partner with business leaders on performance, development & workforce planning
• Support HR policy review, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Execute HR projects (digitalisation, culture initiatives, engagement programs)
• Provide guidance to junior HR staff when required

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of hands-on HR experience (generalist or operations-focused)
• Strong understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with professionalism
