Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategically visionary HR Manager to join our Singapore team. This role will involve serving as a strategic partner to the business leadership team, taking overall responsibility for HR management in the Singapore office, driving improvements in talent management, organizational development, and employee experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong HR expertise, excellent business acumen, and outstanding leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
**Human Resources Strategy:** Develop and implement human resources plans aligned with business strategy, providing strong talent support for business development.
**Talent Recruitment:** Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, establish an efficient recruitment system, and ensure timely attraction and selection of top talent.
**Performance Management:** Promote the implementation and optimization of the performance management system, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and talent development planning.
**Employee Development:** Design and implement employee training and development programs, establish career development paths, and enhance organizational capabilities.
**Compensation and Benefits:** Manage the compensation and benefits system, conduct market benchmarking analysis, and ensure the competitiveness and fairness of the compensation system.
**Employee Relations:** Build harmonious employee relations, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive organizational atmosphere.
**Human Resources Operations:** Ensure the efficient operation of human resources processes and continuously improve the quality of human resources services.
**Compliance Management:** Ensure all HR activities comply with Singapore labor laws and regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of HR management experience, including at least 3 years as an HR business partner in the technology or finance industry
Proficient in Singapore labor laws and regulations and HR best practices
Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and compensation and benefits
Excellent business acumen; able to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions
Fluent in English and Mandarin; possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent data analysis skills; able to use data to support HR decision-making
Outstanding leadership and team management skills
Proactive; possess excellent problem-solving and project management abilities
