- At least 10 years of experience in Software test management / Functional Test management
- Develop and build test strategies for manual, automated, and performance testing which assist the application teams to maintain high-quality software delivery.
- Define and maintain quality assurance guidelines and standards across the whole firm.
- Work with the key business and technology stakeholders in building the required testing strategy and framework.
- Coordinate and liaise with business units, IT, external vendors, and/or project teams to resolve any testing issues or conflicts
- Manage the testing teams on building test plans, testing scripts, and test reports.
- Lead the testing function in the development division and drive testing governance plan for best practices.
- Lead the testing in CI/CD environment.
- Contributes to testing best practices across the firm.
- Manage testing resources across the firm, including in-house testing teams, contractors, external vendors, and offshore resources.
