Human ResourcesNES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to lead business development and talent delivery activities across the Power Grid and Transmission sector in APAC.
NES is one of the leading workforce solutions providers within the Energy sector and the leading business in the sector in several countries within the region.
This role will be instrumental in expanding our client portfolio within the Power Grid and Utilities space, building and managing a strong contractor base, and supporting regional growth initiatives across our 16 APAC offices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business generation across the Power Grid, Transmission, and Distribution sectors within APAC.
• Develop and execute account growth plans for new and existing clients, identifying opportunities across EPC, OEM, and Utility organizations.
• Build and maintain a contractor base of skilled professionals for key Power Grid projects (substations, transmission lines, grid modernization, HVDC, renewables integration)
• Partner with NES' local offices to ensure successful project delivery and contractor deployment.
• Conduct market mapping and identify key projects, clients, and decision-makers to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and contractor management.
• Achieve set revenue, placement, and business development targets in line with APAC growth objectives.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience within the Power, Utilities, or Energy Infrastructure sectors.
• Proven ability to build and scale a contractor workforce
• Demonstrable experience in market mapping, client acquisition, and sales conversion from prospect to signed terms and contractor delivery.
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build long-term relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Track record of taking a newly acquired client from initial engagement to multiple active contractors.
• High competency with internal and external stakeholder management, and able to build strong relationships that result in new business generation, and strong collaboration with internal colleagues
