Software Manager, Order Management Systems

An excellent Manager, Order Management Systems opportunity has just arisen with a global brand known for innovation and digital transformation.

Job Purpose:
Drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance omnichannel order management solutions across Asia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of solutions using IBM Sterling Order Management Suite.
• Evaluate and document system integrations for new products, technologies, and solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver effective, scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with global IT and engineering teams to align on architecture and roadmaps.
• Ensure robust performance, documentation, and compliance across multi-brand environments.

Job Requirements:

• 7+ years' IT experience, including 5+ years with IBM Sterling OMS.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel fulfillment, payments, and customer service systems.
• Skilled in Java, JavaScript, APIs, integrations, and cloud-hosted platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, and POS environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills within agile, fast-paced settings.

The successful Manager, Order Management Systems must possess strong technical expertise in IBM Sterling OMS, solid understanding of omnichannel retail operations, and hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems in a global environment.
