️ Your Mission & Learning (Key Responsibilities)

As a Junior Systems Engineer, you will be a vital part of our operational support team. You'll gain practical experience by actively engaging in:

• Actively assist in the lifecycle management of our core telecom infrastructure-from helping to design and implement new systems to ensuring their ongoing reliability and performance.
• Tackle real-world technical challenges in a supportive environment. You'll work alongside experts to diagnose and resolve issues in dynamic telecom systems, quickly building your problem-solving muscle.
• Collaborate closely with the team to enhance system reliability and ensure our cutting-edge telecom solutions can scale to meet high demand.
• Contribute to essential tasks like system upgrades, patching, and security configurations to keep our infrastructure robust. You'll also learn to monitor and optimise performance for high-throughput telecom applications.

What We're Looking For (Ready to Learn)

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in systems engineering, IT support, or relevant internships (entry-level applications are welcomed).
• A basic grasp of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) and familiarity with server management and/or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) through coursework or personal projects.
• Any exposure to virtualisation technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) or scripting (Python, Bash) is a plus, but we provide full training. Certifications like CCNA, MCSE, or AWS Certified are an advantage but not required.
• A genuine passion for technology, a proactive approach to learning, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
