Human Resources- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications according to project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver functional and user-friendly digital solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle - including requirement analysis, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Integrate front-end and back-end components to ensure smooth performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
- Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance user experience and system functionality.
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in developing web and/or mobile applications.
- Proficient in one or more programming languages or frameworks such as JavaScript, Node.js, React, Flutter, Java, or PHP.
- Solid understanding of frontend and backend development, RESTful APIs, and database systems (MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL).
- Experience with mobile application development (iOS/Android) using Flutter or React Native is an advantage.
- Familiar with version control systems (Git) and Agile development practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and code quality.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute to innovative projects.
