Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Recruitment Consultant who is eager to be part of something bigger than just a job.

Duties and Responsibilities

Under the guidance of our Success Team leader, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Ensuring smooth execution of hiring processes (work permits, contracts, insurance) in compliance with the Employment Act and MDW regulations
• Supporting prospective clients by responding to inquiries over the phone and in person
• Supporting mediations or negotiations when required
• Liaise with MOM, clients, and partners using various CRM tools
• Close coordination with other departments to resolve issues
• Collaborate on the continuous improvement of hiring processes to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or any similar field
• CEI (Basic) Certification will be advantageous but not necessary
• Fresh graduates with the right mindset are welcome!

Skills / Abilities

• Effective communication skills
• Experience with recruitment in migrant worker communities is preferred
• Managing accurate and detailed administrative work
• Team-player
• Ability to thrive under pressure
