Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
- Identify and attract top talent through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.).
- Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process to ensure successful placements.
- Achieve and exceed performance and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales (agency or in-house)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Microsoft Office.
