We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. You will report to the Assistant HR Manager and play a key role in managing HR operations - from recruitment and employee administration to work pass processing and office management - ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive employee experience.

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. You will report to the Assistant HR Manager and play a key role in managing HR operations - from recruitment and employee administration to work pass processing and office management - ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Prepare job postings, arrange interviews, and assist with offer documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Administer leave, attendance, and employee benefits.
- Support onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and submit documents for MOM work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company HR policies.
- Compile and maintain HR data and reports for management review.
- Oversee general office operations, including cleaning supervision, maintenance, and office supplies management.
- Coordinate with vendors and assist in organizing company activities and staff engagement events.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to recruitment or work pass administration.
- Familiar with HR systems such as Lark, Info-Tech, or SAP.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Organized, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees and vendors.
- Available within 1 month or short notice preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: SGD 3,000 - 3,500 per month (commensurate with experience).
- 13th Month Annual Wage Supplement (AWS).
- Group Medical Benefits.
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.).
