Position Details

Role: Recruiter (Casual Labor Division)
Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Working Days: 5 days per week (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)
Availability: Must be contactable during weekends (WhatsApp Channel )

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,000 - $2,200

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit casual labor (e.g., F&B, event, hotel crew)
• Coordinate interview scheduling and onboarding
• Maintain database of active and standby staff
• Support day-to-day operations and deployment planning
• Build strong relationships with both clients and workers

• Prior experience in recruitment or manpower coordination preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized, and able to multitask
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
