- Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and protocols for new and existing products.
- Conduct hands-on testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve product issues.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to provide feedback and support iterative development.
- Maintain and improve test environments, tools, and equipment.
- Document test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Support product validation and verification activities throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies and product quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in product testing, validation, or development, preferably in a high-tech or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with test equipment and data acquisition tools.
- Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated testing systems and scripting (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
- Knowledge of semiconductor, photonics, or electronics testing is a plus.
- Understanding of statistical analysis and reliability testing methods.
