Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle including job analysis, sourcing, interviews, background checks, and offer management.
- Market & Talent Insights: Track sector trends and provide data-driven insights to support client decisions.
- Business Development: Contribute to client acquisition and proposal preparation to support business growth.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: 2-3 years' experience in full-cycle (360/180) recruitment within a recruitment firm/agency; oil & gas exposure is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong recruitment management, client relationship management, and project leadership capabilities.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Chinese to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders.
