Human ResourcesThe Senior HR Business Partner (Employee Relations and Talent) will play a critical role in advancing Tanglin's people strategy, with a primary focus on business partnering, employee relations, and recruitment. This position requires both strategic acumen and operational rigour to ensure that Tanglin continues to attract, retain, and develop high-calibre staff.
Reporting to the Director of People (DoP), the appointee will serve as a trusted advisor to staff, managers, and Directors, fostering strong partnerships that balance employee advocacy with the delivery of organisational priorities.

Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (postgraduate/HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM preferred).
- Extensive experience in HR business partnering with strong expertise in employee relations and recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to coach and influence managers and senior leaders.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and mediation skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Demonstrated capability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
