Established retailer seeks professional individual for the role of Human Resource Manager.

Budget for the role : $8500

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR team in workforce planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, HRIS, and international assignments.
• Work closely with the key stakeholders to formulate and review HR policies and drive key HR initiatives.
• Support the business partners in HR matters and ensure the provision of quality HR advice and services.

Requirements

• Degree in HR Management/ Business Administration or related disciplines.
• IHRP-CP/SP certified is preferred
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail/service industry
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in managing a team
