The Role

As a Software Lead, you'll lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality digital systems.

You'll be hands-on in system design and fullstack development, while mentoring others, championing DevSecOps, and ensuring adherence to public sector standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of developers
• Design and build scalable, secure fullstack systems
• Develop robust RESTful APIs
• Implement DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Work with AWS/Azure and integrate with Singpass/Corppass
• Collaborate across functions to deliver high-impact solutions

What You Bring

• 6+ years of development experience; 2-3 years in a leadership role
• Strong in fullstack development and API design
• Proficient in cloud (AWS/Azure) and DevSecOps
• Experience in public sector or regulated environments is a plus
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
