3-month contract | $11/hour
Location: Novena
Working Hours:
• Mon–Thu: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain training records and track effectiveness and compliance (e.g. BCLS/ACLS)
• Assist in coordination and registration of external training programs
• Communicate training schedules promptly to stakeholders
• Process and track training invoices accurately
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum A’level or Diploma
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organized, with administrative experience
• Good communication skills and able to work independently and in a team
