Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process - from sourcing and screening to offer stage
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and plan effective sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Support recruitment drives, project hiring, and talent pipelining activities

Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Driven, people-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
