Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
- Support HR documentation, leave tracking, and performance appraisals
- Handle office administration, scheduling, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office supplies
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain records in company systems to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Audit Support: Assist in reviewing operational processes and documentation to ensure compliance, accuracy, and adherence to standards.
- Accounting Assistance: Support basic accounting functions, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and other related tasks assigned by the manager.
- Mail and Telephone Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; handle incoming calls and assist with related communications.
- Administrative & Ad-hoc Tasks: Provide general administrative support and assist with various projects to ensure smooth team operations.
Requirements:
- Meticulous and organized individuals with a sense of responsibility
- Preferably with an office/corporate job, previous experience, or admin experience
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, and PDF
