Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
  • Support HR documentation, leave tracking, and performance appraisals
  • Handle office administration, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office supplies
  • Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain records in company systems to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Audit Support: Assist in reviewing operational processes and documentation to ensure compliance, accuracy, and adherence to standards.
  • Accounting Assistance: Support basic accounting functions, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and other related tasks assigned by the manager.
  • Mail and Telephone Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; handle incoming calls and assist with related communications.
  • Administrative & Ad-hoc Tasks: Provide general administrative support and assist with various projects to ensure smooth team operations.

Requirements:
  • Meticulous and organized individuals with a sense of responsibility
  • Preferably with an office/corporate job, previous experience, or admin experience
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, and PDF
