KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Support function HRBPs in the employee life cycle
  • Maintaining and updating employee information in Workday and e-personal files
  • Conduct and support the weekly induction for new joiners where required
  • Support the quarterly orientation where required
  • Support the annual internship program
  • Escalate any deviation from standards and SLAs as defined in contract for external vendors
  • Assist in PO and invoices processing
  • Attend to HR-related queries from employees
  • Liaise with external vendor for relocation and immigration matters
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR initiatives and HR Modernization

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Strong communication, written, planning & organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, able to think logically, critically & quickly
  • Prepared to challenge the status quo and make a change
  • Numerate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; aptitude in HR systems & technology is an advantage
  • Tactful, professional, discerning and able to maintain confidentiality on all matters handled
