EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Support function HRBPs in the employee life cycle
- Maintaining and updating employee information in Workday and e-personal files
- Conduct and support the weekly induction for new joiners where required
- Support the quarterly orientation where required
- Support the annual internship program
- Escalate any deviation from standards and SLAs as defined in contract for external vendors
- Assist in PO and invoices processing
- Attend to HR-related queries from employees
- Liaise with external vendor for relocation and immigration matters
- Assist in ad-hoc HR initiatives and HR Modernization
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
- Strong communication, written, planning & organizational skills
- Self-motivated, able to think logically, critically & quickly
- Prepared to challenge the status quo and make a change
- Numerate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; aptitude in HR systems & technology is an advantage
- Tactful, professional, discerning and able to maintain confidentiality on all matters handled
