You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for positions such as Software Developers, Application Support Engineers, Functional/Technical Consultants, QA/Testers, and Project roles - ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Application-related roles, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Drive volume recruitment campaigns to meet project and delivery demands across multiple application domains (e.g., ERP, CRM, Web, Mobile, or Cloud).
- Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support recruitment reporting and data tracking (e.g., time-to-fill, sourcing channel effectiveness).
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts to attract tech talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in technology or IT consulting.
- Experience managing volume hiring in the application or software development space is highly preferred.
- Familiar with sourcing for roles such as Developers, Functional/Technical Consultants, QA/Testers, and Application Support.
- Good understanding of basic technical skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, SQL, SAP, CRM, Cloud).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a growth mindset and a passion for technology recruitment.
