Requirements:
Preferred:
- Oversee payroll processing, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and staff development
- Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
- Monitor labor costs and assist in budget planning and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and tax filings
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate financial records and generate periodic reports
- Coordinate with external accountants, vendors, and benefit providers
- Support business owners in financial strategy and workforce planning
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR and financial management (minimum 10 years)
- Strong understanding of payroll systems, labor law, and budgeting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Preferred:
- Background in service-based industries
- HR certification (e.g. IHRP-CP, IHRP-SP)
