Job Description

* Plan, coordinate, and track all phases of HR projects assignments including creating and maintaining project timelines, task lists, milestones and deliverables

* Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders, internal consultants and support teams

* Facilitate communications, manage expectations, and ensure responsiveness

* Manage documentation, contracts, reports, and correspondence; prepare and present project updates, reports and dashboards

* Coordinate meeting logistics (e.g. travel, scheduling)

* Ensure accurate data entry, tracking, confidentiality of information, compliance with data protection and privacy policies

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in HR or project management within an international environment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks / assignments concurrently
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication / interpersonal skills
• Client-oriented mindset with high service standards
• Ability to work well in teams and cross-functionally
