Responsibilities:

• Recruitment.

• Handle employee Compensation & Benefit.

• Assist in Work Permit application and related matters.

• Attend to worker enquiry.

• Assist in purchasing, insurance, invoice verification, letter preparation

• Government license application and renewal

• General administrative duties to support our daily operation in construction activities.

• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma and above

• With similar working experience in Construction sector will be advantage. Those without working experience may consider.

• Responsible, meticulous, multi-tasker, self-initiative, resourceful, good team player

• Good in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Working location: Jurong West

• Fast paced working environment
