Job Description:
  • Provide administrative support across various HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation and employee engagement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly payroll data
  • Support compliance tracking related to HR policies and employment regulations
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and shared services team to ensure timely execution of HR processes
  • Help prepare HR-related reports and statistics as required
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives within the HR team
  • Be involved in HR initiatives and events


Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • At least 1 year of HR administrative experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of Singapore employment regulations (e.g. MOM guidelines, CPF, annual leave entitlements, etc.)
  • Exposure to payroll processing or HRIS systems is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
