We're looking for individuals who are proactive, reliable, and ready to support the day-to-day functions of our HR and recruitment teams. You'll gain valuable exposure to HR coordination, recruitment, and administrative operations - perfect for those keen to explore people-focused roles.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the recruitment process for temporary and contract placements
• Coordinate interviews, manage documentation, and handle follow-ups
• Update and maintain candidate information in internal systems
• Assist consultants with data entry, reporting, and project support
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

Requirements
✅ Strong communication and coordination skills
✅ Organised, detail-oriented, and responsible
✅ Comfortable with phone and email interactions
✅ Able to commit full-time for 2-3 months (Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5:30PM)
If you have night classes, this role ends before dinner - no problem!
