Job Scope
  • Involved in employee engagement initiatives, resolve employee grievances, counsel employees
  • assist with preparation of organization orientation for new staffs
  • Support in operations needs, when required
  • Support in the preparation of meeting, materials & taking minutes
  • Coordinates effectively with the different departments of staffs, when required
  • Drafts and prepares written correspondence
  • Maintain proper filing system
  • Assist with either sets of accounts duties, when needed (eg; AP/AR)
  • Follow up on any outstanding payment issue
  • Perform ad-hoc and other administrative duties

Job Requirement

• At least a Higher Nitec in Admin or HR fields

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Able to communicate in Chinese and English

• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively

• Work Location: Loyang (required to go onsite)
