Human ResourcesAbout The Role:
We are looking for a highly resourceful executive to support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll administration, training coordination and employee engagement This role involves ensuring HR records, smooth operation processes, and compliance with company policies and regulations and daily support to the HR Manager and Assistant HR Manager in general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening and interview scheduling.
• Prepare HR employment offers, contracts, promotions, and other verification letters.
• Facilitate / conduct orientation sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure a positive experience for new hires
• Track, manage and timely reporting of staff attendance, punctuality and overtime claims.
• Maintain updated and accurate employee records and confidential HR systems and p-files.
• Apply and submit all work pass application, renewals and cancellations with close monitoring on the expiration date.
• Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in claims and maintaining up-to-date record for leave and attendance records.
• Support the application process for grant submission.
• Coordinate internal and external learning and development programmes, and consolidate post-evaluation feedback records.
• Full support for staff engagement & welfare activities - team building, wellness and festive celebrations.
• Handles HR ticketing inquiry and all incoming emails.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Preferred candidate with 1 year of experience as a HR generalist.
• Possess minimum GCE A 'Level / Level or Diploma in similar field.
• Solid foundation or knowledge of employment act and other statutory regulations and HR policies.
• Good interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS office application, poster design, and social media platforms.
• Good team player and great coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
