The HR & Admin Executive plays a dual role in supporting both people and operational functions - ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes (from recruitment to exit) while maintaining the company's day-to-day administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Support the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, and employee record management.
- Handle employee queries and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and assist in day-to-day HR administrative matters.
Administration
- Oversee general office administration, including procurement, asset management, and vendor coordination.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and upkeep of a safe, organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or administrative functions preferred.
- Proficient in HR systems and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of local labor laws, statutory contributions, and HR best practices.
