Job Requirements

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational growth and strategic objectives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws and advanced HR best practices.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
- Advanced proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to lead independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in security industry is highly desirable.
