  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation strategies, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights for workforce planning and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational growth and strategic objectives.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws and advanced HR best practices.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to lead independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in security industry is highly desirable.
